- Go to Office 365 and login with your WWU credentials
- Click on All apps -->
- Click on Stream
- Click Create > Upload video
- Select a default language for the automatic video captions and click Save
- Fill in the Details
- Fill in the Permissions
- Uncheck Allow everyone in your company to view this video
- If you want to make it available to groups or individuals, select Share with People, then enter a group or individual people
- Click Options and turn Off People and Comments
- Click Publish now
- Click Share
- Click Copy to copy the video link and send that to your audience in an e-mail (the same people you gave permission to in step 7)
- Click Close
- Your video will appear under the My content tab if you want to make changes
