Onbase is Hyland’s document management system that was purchased by Western to replace NolijWeb. It can be accessed through Software Center

or it can be accessed on the web through MyWestern

Most users have a better experience with the web client because it’s easier to preview Microsoft documents like Word documents and Excel Documents which can be stored in the client, but not previewed. Also, the web client scored a higher rating with our accessibility office.

Note- When accessing the Web version use the “Saml2” button for single sign-on (yeah I know we are fixing it in the next upgrade)
