Rename your Adobe Account

Western faculty and staff who are licensed to use Adobe products like Acrobat and Creative Cloud should have adobe accounts listed as username@wwu.edu. If your Adobe account is First.Last@wwu.edu, please follow the steps below to rename your account.

Rename your Adobe cloud account:

1. Sign-in to adobe.com

2. Click the "Manage account" button

3. Click the PROFILE button

4. Scroll down to the field for Primary email (account ID) and change it from First.Last@wwu.edu to username@wwu.edu

5. Click SAVE

6. Enter your password when prompted
