IT Dashboard User Guide
Overview
The IT Dashboard (dashboard.wwu.edu) is a centralized platform for managing user accounts, security groups, shared mailboxes, and other IT resources at Western Washington University. This guide provides an overview of the system's features and access levels.

Access and Authentication
Login
Access the dashboard at dashboard.wwu.edu
Sign in with your WWU credentials
Note: The dashboard is only available locally or via VPN
Browser Support
Recommended: Latest versions of Chrome, Edge, or Firefox
JavaScript and pop-ups must be enabled
User Management
Viewing User Information
Navigate to the "Users" section
Search for a user by name, username, or email
Click on a user to view detailed information
User Actions
Available actions depend on your role:

Enable/Disable Account | Enable or disable a user account | Helpdesk, Admin |

Sign Out All Sessions | Sign user out of all active sessions | Helpdesk, Admin |
Manage Licenses | Assign or remove Office 365 licenses | Helpdesk, Admin |
Reset MFA | Reset multi-factor authentication | Helpdesk, Admin |
Group Management
Viewing Groups
Navigate to the "Groups" section
Search for a group by name or email
Click on a group to view members and properties
Group Actions

Shared Mailboxes
Viewing Shared Mailboxes
Navigate to the "Shared Inboxes" section
Browse or search for mailboxes
Click on a mailbox to view details and members

Navigate to the user's profile
Select the PCounter tab
View current print quota and balance

Change Phone Number | Change the user’s phone number in both Teams (OnPremLineURI) and Active Directory | Telecom, Admin |

Common Issues
Login Problems
Ensure you're using your full WWU email address
Verify your password is correct
Check that MFA is properly configured
Permission Denied
Your account may not have the required permissions
Contact your supervisor or IT support to request access
Page Not Loading
Clear your browser cache and cookies
Try a different browser
Ensure JavaScript is enabled
