Highlights
Application and Oracle Client updates to eVisions servers (MAPS, Argos-Prod) are being coordinated between EAS, EIS, and BFS.
Software updates to our internet routers will be applied at 6am on 2/22 to address a memory-leak bug. No user impact expected
We replaced a defective fiber optic module in the Palo Alto firewalls, and will be testing the fail-over functionality at 6:30am on 2/24. If fail-over works as intended, we will upgrade the firewalls at a later date. No user impacted expected.
Vendor maintenance will make OnBase unavailable from 8:30pm - 3:30am on 2/19-20In preparation for the retirement of U Drives this summer, we will stop provisioning U Drives for new hires soon. Student provisioning was discontinued several years ago.
The campus will lose internet access for approximately 30 minutes between 6:00-6:30am on Thursday, 3/10, so that the network team can capture diagnostic data to resolve a failover issue.
BFS has scheduled application upgrades for Millennium FAST test and prod systems in March and April.
External email tagging will be enabled on Monday, 3/7, and may take up to 48 hours to take effect.
