Highlights

1. On Monday 5/6 5am-7am, there will be intermittent unavailability of wireless and VPN logons as the servers are rebooted for configuration changes.

2. Shannon Point will also briefly lose internet connectivity during that time as the remote firewall is patched.

3. Starting Tuesday 5/7, Windows 10 laptop users on wi-fi may be asked to log in twice (once for Window, and once for wi-fi) due to Windows security feature called Credential Guard.. This matches the current experience on Windows 11 computers.

4. On Wednesday 5/8, EIS will re-implement high-availability for the LDAP authentication service.

5. On Thursday 5/9, DNS network routing will be updated to reduce latency.
