Move a Microsoft Form or Quiz to a Shared Team or Site
The forms and quizzes you create using Microsoft Forms are owned by your individual WWU Microsoft 365 account even if you have shared the manage of the form with others. If a form has long-term value to your department or team, make sure you transfer it to a shared location before you leave the university.
Instructions
Open Forms from the Microsoft 365 Apps Grid
Click the three dots on the form card you want to move
Select MOVE and then choose the destination

Only the original owner can transfer ownership of a form to a group. You cannot transfer forms that are shared with you. Forms ownership can’t be transferred from groups to individuals. If you need to move or recover a form owned by a former employee, contact the ATUS Help Desk and we will see if we can retrieve and move it. If the employee has been gone more than one month, it may not be possible.
