How to add speed dial to your teams

Open Teams and select the “Calls” button on the left hand side.

Select the “Add Speed Dial” button on the right hand side

A search bar will appear allowing you to pick from all contacts available to you through Western’s network.

If you are looking to add a personal contact, instead of searching, just type in your contact name and click “Add”

Enter phone number and any additional information you’d like

The speed dial is now available for use by click.
