Update your Trello.com Email Address
Trello.com is a popular Kanban-style project and task management tool that some WWU faculty, staff, and students have used for years. Faculty and staff have proxy email addresses of First.Last@wwu.edu. Soon this proxy address will no longer work with Trello.com, so if you are a Trello user make sure the email address for your Trello account is in the format of username@wwu.edu
How to view and change your Trello.com email address
Sign-in to Trello.com and click your profile icon in the upper right corner and select Profile and Visibility
Scroll to the bottom to view your email address.
If your email address is already listed as your username@wwu.edu, you do not need to change anything.
If your email address is listed as your FirstName.LastName@wwu.edu, click the Change email address button and enter your username@wwu.edu. Then look for the confirmation email in your inbox to finalize the change.
If you do not update your email address before Single-Sign-On is enabled, you will need to contact Trello support by using the “Contact” option on the Trello Help menu.
Trello is not a Western supported service, but Trello now uses our Single-Sign-On because Trello was purchased by Atlassian. Western does use other Atlassian products, which is why SSO for Atlassian is enabled for WWU email addresses.
