System Architecture and Engineering Consultation

ITS provides high-level consultation and engineering support for the design and implementation of new IT systems and services, or the improvement of existing systems and services. Consultation includes network design, server architecture design, hardware specification, hosting strategy, provisioning and maintenance planning, identity and other integrations, and backup and disaster recovery options.

Instructions

To request a consultation:

  1. Submit a ticket to the Help Desk, or submit the “Cloud or Datacenter Consultation” form.

  2. Provide a brief summary of your request and a more detailed description below.

  3. Indicate the urgency of your request (low/medium/high) to help our Principle IT Architect prioritize your request.

 

If your request meets the definition of a complex Enterprise IT Project, you may be referred to the ITS Project Management Office for scheduling and resource assignment.
