Sync your Outlook Calendar with Zoom

It is possible to sync your Outlook calendar with Zoom, but you need to choose the correct authentication method. If you had Zoom synced with Outlook in the past, but it is no longer working, it is because our authentication requirements have changed. Please use the steps below.

Instructions

  1. Sign into your Zoom account using a web browser and go to your Zoom profile.

  2. Click your Profile and scroll down to Calendar and Contacts Integration

  3. Click Configure Calendar and Contacts Service

  4. Select Office 365 as the service

  5. Select “Authorize with OAUTH 2.0”

  6. Click the AUTHORIZE button and you should be redirected to the WWU Microsoft login page. Sign in with your username@wwu.edu and accept the permissions.
