Schedule an Upgrade to your Server or Application

IT Services is available to assist with application and server upgrades.

Instructions

To schedule an application or server upgrade:

  1. Submit a Change Request ticket. Please submit separate requests for upgrades to test and production systems.

  2. If your application upgrade requires a vendor technical contact, please schedule an upgrade time with the vendor after confirming a scheduled upgrade time with IT Services.

  3. The ITS Change Advisory Board will approve the timing of the upgrade and work with you to develop any outage communications.

 

IT Services may contact application owners to schedule upgrades when server operating systems or dependent applications require it, but it is the responsibility of the application owner to proactively monitor the application release cycle and schedule upgrades.
