Banner will be offline starting Friday, 2/10 for database upgrades.MFA Cohort #3 #5 will be enrolled after 9am migrated on Wednesday, 2/722. Note this is a change from our previous Tuesday migrations, due to the Monday holiday.
MFA Cohort #4 will include a mix of students and employees. Notification goes out 2/8 for migration on 2/14.EIS will be updating the password policy controls for vendor accounts, service accounts, and other types of non-standard accounts in the near future#6 will migrate on Wednesday, March 1, to maintain the 1-week interval between cohorts. This is planned to be our last large-scale MFA migration of Winter term.
The current service account for read-only LDAP queries (ldapqueryuser1) will be disabled on 2/28. The new account (ldapqueryuser2) is already enabled and ready for use. If you do not know how to obtain the credentials for the new account, please contact the ATUS Help Desk.
An outage of SMTP relay services (emails generated by cerrain servers, applications, or devices) is tentatively scheduled for business-hours 3/21, pending additional discovery.
Maintenance patching for campus firewalls is scheduled for 6:30am on 3/21.
