Highlights

1. After successfully upgrading the development and test environments for Drupal, and confirming no user-facing impacts, WebTech will be upgrading the production Drupal environment on 6/17 between 5:30PM-9:00PMDrupal has been upgraded to version 10.

2. Kaiser Borsari, Ridgeway Complex, and Birnam Wood Complex network upgrades are happening over the next few weeks, starting 6/17underway.

3. The Guest Wireless network will be has been re-enabled on Tuesday, 6/18, with a 100Mbs rate-limit.

4. The network team will make another attempt to upgrade the datacenter-to-datacenter network path to 100Gbs on the evening of Monday, 6/24.

5. Pending a successful upgrade on 6/24, the network team will upgrade the operating systems of the datacenter switches on the evening of 6/25.

6. Campus VPN software will be upgraded on Monday, 7/1. The new version will now support ARM64 clients.

7. Banner will be down July 27th and July 28th for upgrades.

8. A more limited Banner downtime period (impacting a subset of Banner functions) is being scheduled for a day to-be-determined in July to allow for an operating system upgrade of the Application Processor server.

9. An upgrade to Millennium FAST is scheduled for late September .EIS and Infosec are testing a new MFA configuration, which will be applied to all individuals who are subject to Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) certification and compliance. This includes several folks in Public Safety, Facilities, and IT. Impacted individuals will be communicated with prior to any change in MFA settings25th. This is the first week of Fall Term, but BFS has confirmed the upgrade can still proceed on that date.
