On a PC (Outlook Desktop)

1. Open Right-click the suspicious email.Click on the three dots (...) in the toolbar.suspected email

2. Select Report > Phishing from the dropdown.

3. Follow any additional prompts to complete the report.

On a Mac (Outlook Desktop)

1. Open Right-click the suspected email you want to report.

2. Click on the three dots (...) at the top of the email window.

3. Select Report Phishing from the dropdown.

4. Confirm when prompted.

On Outlook Web (Mac/PC)
