Highlights

  • ITS is no longer automatically provisioning U Drives for new accounts. Ad-hoc provisioning for classes is still available upon request.

  • Next week, EIS will implement a configuration across all academic building networks to block certain kinds of network switches from being connected to the network.

  • BFS has scheduled application upgrades for Millennium FAST test and prod systems in March and April.

  • Banner PPRD and WWIS upgrade dates have been set at 3/21 and 4/8, respectively.

  • Parks Hall network upgrades are happening 3/22-3/28.

    • EIS will start setting the “Password Required” flag on Admitted-but-not-confirmed student accounts the week of 3/21. Passwords are required on these accounts via other mechanisms, but setting this flag provide an additional layer of integrity to the account provisioning process
