Domain Controllers are being configured today to only accept TLS1.2 or higher connections. Logging reveals that as of last night, we no longer have any clients attempting to connect at lower protocols.
A naming convention is now in place for all future Bookings calendars, prepending “bookings_” to the beginning of the calendar addresses.
Updates to the password requirements for service accounts, vendor accounts, and other non-standard accounts are scheduled for 5/1. The sponsors/contacts for all impacted accounts have been contacted and given a 4/19 deadline to respond and a 5/1 deadline to update the passwords of the accounts they manage.
Banner production upgrade, with a downtime for all services, will begin 4/21.
