Highlights

  1. ITS is planning to phase out the Clutter service in Office365, to provide all mailbox users a consistent user experience. Dates forthcoming.

  2. On Tuesday night, EIS will enable enhancements to emergency location data in Teams calling. This may result in phone service disruption from 6pm - 7pm.

  3. On Wednesday, EIS will implement a configuration across all academic building networks to block certain kinds of network switches from being connected to the network.

  4. BFS has scheduled application upgrades for Millennium FAST test and prod systems in March and April.

  5. Banner PPRD and WWIS upgrade dates have been set at 3/21 and 4/8, respectively.

  6. Parks Hall network upgrades are happening 3/22-3/28.

  7. EIS will start setting the “Password Required” flag on Admitted-but-not-confirmed student accounts the week of 3/21. Passwords are required on these accounts via other mechanisms, but setting this flag provides an additional layer of integrity to the account provisioning process.
