Highlights

  1. The WWUwireless-Secure certificate has been renewed for another year.

  2. Network upgrades in Mathes Hall are complete. Work has begun in Fairhaven Complex.

  3. Downtime for a production upgrade of Banner is scheduled for the weekend of 8/25.

  4. On Tuesday evening, 8/1, an update will be made to UISAP to further modernize source code management for Banner.

  5. An updated Employee module in Web4u, including new timesheets, will be available to all employees 8/2.

  6. Software upgrades for several core network devices will occur in the month of September.

  7. WWU and Whatcom County continue to make progress toward integrating their dispatch phone systems in August.

  8. The legacy static website service known as Campus Web will be decommissioned on or after 12/31/23. ATUS, WebTech, and distributed IT will work with site owners to migrate any sites on Campus Web that need to stay online.
