Purpose

To provide a guide of the Jamf MacOS Management tool, including setup and usage of the tool.

Manual Jamf Enrollment

After New Computer Setup for MacOS, if you were not prompted to enroll the device then you will need to enroll the device manually.

1. Enable all Sharing Settings (Screen sharing is not strictly necessary)

   Open

   

   MacOS Ventura Sharing Settings

2. On the device visit https://wwu.jamfcloud.com/enroll

3. Sign-in using your WWU Universal Account

4. Download the enrollment profile

5. Open the enrollment profile, this will prompt you to review the profile in System Settings

6. Navigate to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Profiles > MDM Profile

7. Install the profile

   • This will prompt you for an admin login

8. Restart the device
