Signing into Jira as a Customer

When accessing Jira to submit a help request, there’s a login button in the upper right corner. Users will not be able to log in with their WWU credentials until they’ve created an account. The steps for creating an account are as follows:

  1. Go to https://wwuhelp.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/group/-1

  2. Click “Log in” in the upper right corner.

  3. Select the “sign up” link

  4. Next, the user will enter their WWU email and click “send link”.

  5. An email will be sent including a link to set a password. From there, they can follow the on-screen instructions.

  6. Once the password is set, the user can sign in on the original screen and submit a help request.
