Open a Shared Mailbox in Outlook (Windows)

  1. Open Outlook

  2. From the menu, click File, then the +Add Account button

  3. Type in the e-mail address of the shared mailbox and click Connect

  4. Important: Do NOT enter a password, instead click Sign in with another account

  5. Delete the prefilled e-mail address and enter your WWU e-mail address and click Next

  6. Enter your WWU e-mail password and click Sign in

  7. Click Done, then restart Outlook to see the shared mailbox

Open a Shared Mailbox in Outlook Web

  1. Login to WWU Office 365 mail

  2. Click your account icon in the upper-right corner and select Open another mailbox

  3. Enter the e-mail address of the shared mailbox in the search, select the mailbox, and click the Open button
