How to Find and Release Emails from Quarantine
Problem
You were expecting an email, but it did not arrive to your Inbox, Junk Mail folder, Clutter folder, or anywhere else in your mailbox that you can find.
Solution
Your email may have been placed in Quarantine by Microsoft’s email security filters. To retrieve a quarantined email:
Go to https://security.microsoft.com/quarantine
If prompted, log in with your username@wwu.edu and your universal password.
A list of your quarantined emails should appear. Click on the email you wish to retrieve, and select “Release Email” from the window that pops out.
The selected email should now appear in your Inbox.
