Create a survey using Qualtrics

Instructions
Before you can sign into Qualtrics and create/distribute your first survey, you must read the FAQ summarized on the OIE’s website, including information regarding the use of Qualtrics as an institutional survey tool.
You will not have access to Qualtrics until you create a Qualtrics account.
